ESR provides the client with a short list of highly qualified candidates who have been thoroughly screened and developed. The superior quality of ESR's candidates can be attributed to its original, real-time research approach. ESR begins each search with a comprehensive analysis of the market, enabling us to penetrate a wide variety of industries and functional areas. ESR consultants conduct extensive research and due diligence in order to identify the passive candidates (not actively looking to make a move) employed in specified target companies and industries. Once a comprehensive target list of companies and candidates has been developed, ESR consultants and researchers use traditional search methods to phone screen and interview prospective candidates. Upon completing these steps, ESR hands over the search to the clients, empowering them with all the collected data.
Most research projects are completed within a four week period. Because the client oversees the final phase of the hiring process, ESR offers its research services at a fraction of the price charged by traditional search firms. ESR's research services operate on an all inclusive, fixed fee basis regardless of the position or salary level.
