Biography
Michael Parker is a Principal and Senior Partner of the US operation. Since joining the firm in Los Angeles in 2002 his dedication to client satisfaction has been vital in building ESR's North American practice. In addition to leading mid and senior-level executive recruitment projects, Michael manages key client relationships and takes an insightful, consultative approach to each assignment. Michael's track record of delivering the best possible talent has earned him a strong reputation for quality and integrity.
Michael began his career in executive search as Senior Consultant with AC LION International, a boutique firm based in New York City focused on high technology recruitment assignments. As Director, he was selected to launch their West Coast operation in Southern California. Prior to the search industry, Michael worked as a Consultant in the Human Resource Advisory Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in the New York area. Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude, with a BA from Yeshiva University.
Michael and his wife Sasha reside in Los Angeles with their three children. |
